Porter Wright elevates Sue Cliffel to Partner-in-Charge in Cincinnati

Porter Wright is proud to announce the appointment of attorney Sue Cliffel as the new partner-in-charge of the firm’s Cincinnati office, effective June 17, 2024.

Sue has been practicing law for over two decades and has been with the firm since 2016. Her practice spans transactional matters and litigation, with her transactional work focusing on real estate and equipment finance, as well as bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. She advises and represents financial institutions in a broad range of litigation matters, including the United States Bankruptcy Code and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Sue also counsels companies and individual owners in the construction industry on matters related to mechanics’ liens and litigation.
