Josh is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department in Pittsburgh. His experience includes working with clients in the areas of complex litigation, mass tort litigation, products liability, labor and employment, and immigration.

Recently, Josh served the West Virginia Legislature as an attorney in the Senate Committee on Government Organization. There, he prepared and presented bills, resolutions and amendments. He also provided federal and state constitutional analysis on pending legislation.

Following motion to dismiss, Josh obtained voluntary dismissal of shareholder derivative action involving breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, and global conspiracy to commit fraud claims for Defendant LLC in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.

Following preliminary objections, Josh obtained voluntary dismissal of Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, constructive fraud, civil conspiracy, and fraud claims for Defendant law firm in the Court of Common Pleas of Venango County, Pennsylvania.

Josh obtained a settlement for a Plaintiff in § 1983 lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Currently, Josh is working on a motion to dismiss for an international company in a case involving fraud, fraud in the inducement, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment claims in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

Josh is also currently working on a large document review project related to the Department of Justice’s second request in anti-trust litigation.
